Reporting a review
If a specific review breaks our guidelines, use the Report this review link underneath it while logged in. Reports go straight to the administrator queue with the review attached, which is much faster than emailing a screenshot.
Requesting a new place
Send the place name, its location and a one-line description. An administrator will add it, after which it can be searched and reviewed like any other place.
Account problems
Include the email address you registered with and a short description of what happened. Never send your password — nobody on the team will ever ask for it.
